POSITION / 01
When users need to access international websites, maintain long sessions, or switch between devices, the first priority is matching the route to the use case. KdVPN offers 110+ countries / 190+ routes, supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and allows unlimited devices online at the same time. Creating an account requires only a username and password; no email address is required.
ROUTING / 02
Route selection is based on the intended use, destination region, and actual connection performance. Start by choosing a route according to the target service and geographic location, then assess connection establishment, page response, and sustained transfers. If performance is unsuitable, switch first to a nearby region or a different route type instead of repeatedly changing the client. Route coverage and regional groupings can be checked in the route list.
PROCESS / 03
When connection problems occur, first confirm the subscription status and client configuration. Then check the local network, exit location, and connection behavior of the individual app. Finally, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Work through the issue using its symptoms, reproduction steps, and scope of impact; avoid changing several settings at once and losing a reliable basis for diagnosis. KdVPN follows no-logs and data-minimization principles and does not record users’ browsing content. Subscription links are account credentials and should be stored securely. Information needed for login, subscription delivery, order processing, and technical support is used only for the relevant function.
