These terms apply to the cross-border network access services provided by KdVPN. By visiting the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop purchasing and using the relevant services.

Service Content and Scope

KdVPN provides international route connections covering 110+ countries / 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve cross-border access, access to international websites, and connection paths across different network environments. The specific available routes, client access points, and subscription status are determined by the user panel.

Network conditions in different regions, local carrier policies, user device configurations, and third-party service status may all affect connection results. KdVPN may adjust available routes for maintenance, capacity scheduling, or security needs, but information displayed on the website does not mean that every region or third-party platform will be reachable at all times.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their account, password, and subscription links secure and are responsible for activity carried out under their accounts. If credentials appear to be used abnormally, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions allow unlimited simultaneous devices and may be used on supported devices managed by the account holder. This does not authorize resale, rental, public distribution of subscription links, or ongoing account sharing with third parties. Subscription credentials must not be copied for commercial distribution, nor used to help others bypass the normal process for obtaining a plan. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption, configuration exposure, or access interruptions caused by credential sharing.

Fees and Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly from the activation date; upgrade price differences are calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. The order amount, plan details, and payment status are confirmed on the user panel.

A full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment without giving a reason. Refund requests can be submitted through a support ticket in the user panel; the request entry and processing status are subject to the panel records. After a refund is completed, the related paid subscription or traffic benefits may no longer be provided. Before submitting a request, users should save necessary order information and confirm that they no longer depend on the relevant subscription connection.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the service is used. Users must not use KdVPN for unlawful activities, infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute malicious programs, commit fraud, access systems without authorization, interfere with network facilities, or consume route resources in bulk. Users must also follow the usage rules of the websites and third-party services they access.

KdVPN may take necessary technical measures against traffic that clearly affects route operations, endangers other users' connections, or triggers security risks. These measures are intended only to control risks and restore orderly service; they do not mean that KdVPN has a duty to review third-party content, transactions, or conduct accessed by users.

Service Availability and Liability

KdVPN provides subscription services under existing technical conditions and maintains and schedules its routes. Planned maintenance, temporary faults, device compatibility issues, local network fluctuations, third-party platform changes, and events beyond reasonable control may make some routes temporarily unavailable. Users should switch routes, check client settings, or submit a support ticket according to their circumstances, and should not treat any single route as a fixed access point.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KdVPN is not responsible for the content, account status, transaction results, or service policies of third-party websites. KdVPN is also not liable for losses caused by user device failures, improper credential handling, incorrect configurations, or violations of these terms. No limitation of liability excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Termination and Changes to These Terms

If an account involves subscription resale or sharing, unlawful use, malicious interference with routes, infringement of others' rights, fraudulent payment, or another serious violation of these terms, KdVPN may restrict related connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service. System records and orders, tickets, and security information in the user panel may be used to verify the facts before or after action is taken. Users may also stop using the service, but stopping use does not replace a refund request that has already been submitted.

KdVPN may update these terms to reflect changes in service scope, legal requirements, or operating procedures. Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Continued use after an update means that the user accepts the revised content. If the user disagrees with a change, they should stop using the service and handle any outstanding order matters under the applicable refund terms.
